There comes a time when everyone must take a step back and reevaluate
himself. When creativity is an essential element in what we do for an
industry, it is important to remember that the image of the company
suffers if we allow ourselves to become stagnant.

I recommend broadening your vision of what a website should be. I can
share your point of view in that our site is functional, mostly.

And, I offer the following advice to cover the parts I find lacking.

Justification is dead. Content should be free-flowing and arranged so
over time you appreciate the information you gather. Try to get to
know your visitors. Make them think so they will bond with you. Good
